Do you enjoy the pure, harmonious sound of a live quartet? Participants at the J. Arthur’s Memory Cafe meeting sat back and enjoyed the rich sound of the Arthur’s Residential Care Quartet on Wednesday, August 22nd. Vocalists (from right) Jim Nelson, Kristin Fuemmeler, Sarah Hawks, and Charlie Meyerson accompanied by pianist Dorothy Nelson pleased the crowd with “How Great Thou Art”, “Happy Rhythm” and “He Touched Me”.

J. Arthur’s Memory Cafe is a support group for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers. Anyone is welcome to join, and the group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 1:00-3:00pm. Meetings take place in the conference room at J. Arthur’s Coffee, a delightful local coffee shop that boasts an artisan, hand-crafted approach.
