Deb Nygaard

Director of Development

Deb has 27 years of experience working with people with memory impairment, and her passion is helping families to find peace of mind. Deb is a certified trainer of Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach Methods, as well as the Virtual Dementia Tour. She has developed the Insights from Arthur’s video series to empower families experiencing dementia to have positive relationships. Deb is actively involved in training staff at Arthur’s Senior Care, as well as community members.

Kate Jaeb

Director of Housing

Kate Jaeb has 17 years of experience in healthcare and memory care and was instrumental in developing the Arthur's Senior Care programs. As a supervisor and caregiver, she has a depth of experience with a wide range of client needs and changes. Her passion is drawing on that experience to train and support staff and housing managers and providing optimal hands-on support for Arthur's clients and their families. She and her husband Mike and their 3 children lived in the lower level at Arthur's on Emmert for 4 years as Kate oversaw both the Emmert and Alta Vista homes before becoming the Director of Housing and Services.

Housing Manager - Alta Vista

Keturah has been on staff for over 4 years at Arthur's on Alta Vista where she is the Housing Manager overseeing care for 6 clients. She lived in the lower level of the home with her family including her husband, their baby boy, and their dog, Gus, whose visits the clients enjoy on a frequent basis. Keturah notes that living at the house enables her to respond quickly to concerns as they arise. Keturah's passion for memory care and senior care began with her grandfather's diagnosis with early-onset Alzheimer's which then progressed over 13 years. Both her personal experience and her work experience at Arthur's have helped her to train and equip he staff to confidently meet challenges and provide Arthur's clients with the dignity and respect they deserve in their end stages of life.

Housing Manager - Emmert

Emily is the Housing Manager at the Arthur's Senior Care home on Emmert. As the Housing Manager at Emmert, Emily has managed the care of her 6 clients for over 6 years. She lives at the house with her husband, Cory, and puppy, Koda, whose visits the clients enjoy. Emily oversees all staff at Emmert, as well as ensuring that the clients and families feel comfortable and always at ease. She has a strong passion for advocating for each individual client that comes to Arthur’s and watching for their specific needs as progression or change occurs. Emily ensures that the staff at Emmert always give the love and care that she would want for her own family member. With 6 years of experience and working with many different family dynamics Emily is easily able to adapt to many situations.
